Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the aspects of the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform including but not limited to user experience, order fulfillment, customer service.
• Listening to clients’ concerns and handling complaints and returns
• Consolidate clients' feedback such as technical issues or any other requests then report to the relevant department accordingly.
• Keep track of clients’ membership status, order status and prepare agreements/ contracts.
• Manage and consolidate clients’ profiles, reports, orders and other required information.
• Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the whole transaction.
• Notify clients of any change of policy.
• Keep clients updated on the latest promotion, latest services, latest features, etc.
• Explore and experiment with new digital features of the company’s new E-commerce platform.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak Mandarin to handle our Chinese-speaking customers
• Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have prior experience running online marketplaces
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Proactive and able to learn new knowledge.
• GCE A level or above with 1 years of experience in customer service

Additional Information:

Working hour: Mon-Fri (9 am-6 pm / office)

Every alternative Saturday 09:00-13:00( WFH) , Only require you to be at work on Saturdays if necessary.

Salary Range:

Negotiable based on candidates' actual working experience.
