As a Talent Acquisition Specialist operating in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients in the technology space. This includes sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while managing the hiring process efficiently. You will collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs, providing insights on market trends and ensuring the selection of the best-fit talent for each role. The role will also involves fostering a diverse talent pipeline by focusing on passive candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technology talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.
- Engage passive candidates and present a diverse slate of applicants for each role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Provide market insights and strategic advice to hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, ideally in an RPO or agency environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent sourcing platforms.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Preferred: Experience in recruiting across multiple technology sectors or industries.
