• Responsible for the overall technical adherence of the services.
• Procedure preparation pertaining to all the Testing and Inspection Methods based on the contract requirements.
• To make procedure amendments and make sure that the procedure approval is obtained from the client.
• To ensure that the procedure is validated to the utmost satisfaction of the client.
• To ensure that the technician utilizes all the approved parameters while testing during the entire project execution.
• To conduct the interview while selecting technicians / senior technicians.
• To identify the training need of the technical team members of the organization.
• To make sure that all the equipment’s are always calibrated.
• Maintaining required technical codes, standards, project specification and procedures and provide access to the technician’s time to time during the projects based on the requirements.
• Liaison with the client pertaining to all technical issues and responsible for the technical adherence of the contract.
• Responsible for the purchasing functions (Equipment’s, consumables, accessories, etc.)
• For raising or verifying the purchasing order to the suppliers and to make sure that all the technical requirements are addressed in the Purchase Order (PO) appropriately
• Preparation of Written practice.
• Conducting required training and qualify the technicians based on the written practice.
• Conduct Initial certification, technical performance evaluation, recertification as per the written practice.
• Maintaining all the Certifications records of personnel and present those records during the client audits.
• Responsible for periodical review of all Testing and Inspection Procedures & Written practice.
• Motivate and lead the Department to achieve set targets and initiate necessary actions as required.
• To provide any technical support required for the Operations team and to clarify the technical queries from the site during the projects.
• Responsible for review and disposition of Non-Conformance Report (NCRs).
• To take corrective action in case of any Non non-conformances pertaining to his activity.
• Analyze all non-conformities identified in the project with Operation Supervisor and report to Director.
• Participate in the Certification Body audit / Accreditation Body audit to represent technical function.
• Follow all other Safety requirements & environmental Protection requirements in the performance of assigned duties.
• To take all precautions to protect the environment.
• Supplier Evaluation and Registration for Equipment and Consumables.
• Preparing Master list of Suppliers / Sub- Contractors for Equipment and Consumables.
• Offer to place to suppliers for Equipment and Consumables.
• Verification and negotiation of supplier quotations for Equipment and Consumables.
• Liaison to all suppliers in regarding discrepancies in supplies for Equipment and Consumables.
• Responsible for defect-free purchased products for Equipment and Consumables.

• ASNT/PCN LEVEL II/III in any NDT/ANDT Method

Required Advanced NDT methods qualified Level III engineer to take care of NDT teams & advanced NDT team and provide Support in different projects in ExxonMobil, and other clients .Your role will be directly involved with technical and client relationship aspects to ensure smooth project flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Perform and coordinate PAUT/TOFD inspections ,ACFM / ECT inspection..

· Perform and coordinate RT ,DRT , ARC PMI , PMI (XRF), UTG, MT, PT, MPI , UT , UTG.

· Follow up on technical issues ability to carry out root cause analysis and provide corrective and permanent solutions to clients.

· Frequent On-site visits to Operations facilities to review job scopes and recommend assuring the optimum results are achieved from the NDT service.

· Conduct training programs for Level I and Level II individuals in the specific NDT methods.

· Review and approve company and third-party NDT Procedures.

· Witness / Perform welding activities, NDT activities.

· Coordinate NDT activities during on-stream and shutdown inspection and supervise NDT jobs performed by the Contractor.

· Radiography Film Interpretation according to the National and International Standards.

· Evaluation of advanced NDT Equipment specification and implementation of special NDT techniques and maintain NDT Documentation. Supervise NDT Technicians and develop their ability to become fully qualified technician.

· Prepare reports and the results of examinations are maintained.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with ASNT Level III in RT , MT , PT , UT , ET , VT , PCN/ CSWIP and PCN Level 2 in PAUT & TOFD qualifications.

· Must have a minimum 03 of working experience in handling NDE Procedures , Singlas / ISO 9001

· Experience in the maintenance and operations and hands trouble shooting ability of NDT equipment and software.

· Must have NEA L6 or L5 Licences & Driving license.

· Good technical knowledge of NDT, PAUT & TOFD and ASNT Level III certification.

. Able to work independtly and can work under tight deadlines as per Client requirement.
