Job Description
- To be responsible for ensuring the occupational safety, health & security at the workplace
- To oversee safety practices, execute SHS activities for compliance with legal regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
- To conduct, prepare agenda and minutes for monthly safety meeting with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meeting
- To plan, coordinate, arrange and conduct safety-related training to staff (internal and external)
- To perform safety inspection at office premises (including customer’s premises) and follow up with report
- To revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as and when necessary
- To be onsite to supervise and monitor the safe operation of FSO activities (project based) is accordance with customers’ requirements / protocols
- To liaise with various agencies on renewal of licenses
- To be actively involved in facilities and fleet management activities.
- Other instruction(s) from superior as and when necessary for business operations
Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma qualification
- Completed WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) and certified competent
