• Follow up with manufacturing for New Product Introduction and ensure they are manufactured as per spec and delivered on time.
• Follow up with Manufacturing and ensure effective implementation.
• Co-ordinate with Planners and ensure material is received on time for new products
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods continuously
• Involve in Failure analysis for any customer returns

• Co-ordinate with Design Engineers and support team on smooth transition from quotation stage to NPI stage.
