The candidate must be able to take on the following roles :
- able or willing to assist dentists for dental treatments ranging from general to specialist dentistry. Able to handle GA procedures. Able and willing to learn and maintain high level of infection control procedures.
- Able to master basic laboratory work such as making in-house retainers, casting models and making splints.
- Able to manage all operational functions and work closely with other internal divisions to meet patient’s requirements.
- Able to understand and grasp treatment procedures and knowledge and present to the patients.
- Manage cost-effectiveness and continually improve productivity and efficiency of the work processes.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing company and regulatory standards and procedures .
- Support the Operations/Practice Manager in overseeing the effectiveness of all operational staff.
- Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment.
- Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
- Liaising with external companies such as laboratories and X-ray centers and companies on simple admin/operation matters.
- Service orientated. Able to manage and handle difficult patients
- Team worker yet exhibit strong leadership qualities.
