Senior Admin Manager (Specialised in Vehicle Import and Export )
A Senior Admin Manager/ Senior Admin Executive who can handle full set of export and import of vehicle fleets and compliance with LTA rules and regulations.
Here are the detailed roles and responsibilities associated with the position:
1. Export and Import of Vehicle Fleet
- Coordination of Fleet Export/Import: Responsible for managing the entire process of importing and exporting vehicle fleets, including paperwork, logistics and coordination with customs, transport agencies, and freight forwarders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, national,international laws and regulations related to vehicle import and export (such as tariffs, taxes, duties, import/export documentation and environmental standards).
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all vehicle imports and exports, including:
- Bill of lading
- Customs declarations
- Vehicle inspection reports
- Registration and licensing forms
- Certificates of origin, emission, or other required certificates
- Customs Clearance: Ensure timely and efficient clearance of vehicles through customs, resolving any issues related to documentation or regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an updated inventory of vehicles, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of vehicles in transit or awaiting export/import.
- Shipping and Freight Coordination: Work closely with shipping companies, logistics providers, and freight forwarders to coordinate transport arrangements for the vehicles.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, government bodies, customs officers, and other key stakeholders involved in the export/import process.
- Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitor and control costs associated with vehicle import/export activities, ensuring budget adherence.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vehicle exports/imports (such as damage during transit, delays, or non-compliance issues).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar area is preferred.
- Experience: Significant experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or administrative management, especially within export/import operations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs processes, and vehicle registration procedures.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track large amounts of data, and handle complex logistical processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in dealing with external stakeholders like customs officials, shipping companies, and regulatory bodies.
Work Location : Funan, Near City Hall MRT
Full Time, Permanent Position

$5,000 - $6,000 per month (based on experience)
