• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
• Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
• Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
• Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
• Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
• Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
• Conduct user training session
• Support UAT & PRD deployment
• Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
• Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
• Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
• Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.

Requirements

• Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 Years working experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
