Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
Conduct user training session
Support UAT & PRD deployment
Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.
Requirements
Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Understanding of the SDLS phrase
2 Years working experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
