Audax is seeking a Specialist, Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly with Relationship Sales, and possess technical skills in integration and configuration of the platform. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement.
What you will be doing:
Dynamics 365 Configuration and Integration:
- Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and set up sales-specific insights within Dynamics to enhance sales processes.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Implement and optimize Power Automate and Flows to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics Copilot
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Relationship Sales)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Flows
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its integration capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Good hands-on experience with Outlook integration and the use of Copilot in Dynamics
