IT Specialist mission is to coordinate and optimize operational tasks linked to our IT applications' environments. To be the point of contact in South East Asia for all IT Support related matters. Covering Incidents and request management, providing on-site and remote support, participate and anticipate projects and collaboration between respective departments, take charge of general IT administration and documentation. Be the person of contact for all IT related issues.

To handle & manage the coordination of all Southeast Asia store planning projects.  Assist the management in the search of project negotiation with relevant landlords, vendors and partners.  Oversee the construction and completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner while keeping AP Standards.

Ensure that all functions are efficiently performed. Manage operations and retail teams in all functions, including sales productivity, stock, client experience, client relationship management, customer service, staff training and development, store procedures, store planning with the help of all departments. Oversee and drive the successful implementation of the retail strategy in all distribution channels. Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to clients. Drive business growth and make sure that the financial goals and qualitative objectives are met. Implement a sustainable distribution strategy that will enable the brand to achieve its quantitative and qualitative objectives.

You will be supporting the day-to-day full spectrum of HR operations and strategic matters which cover employee engagement, employee relations and retention, performance and development management, compensation and payroll management, HR Policies & Procedures, and coaching leaders and managers to deliver people management capabilities to support business growth strategies.

Supporting the HR Manager, you will need to identify and deliver HR strategies to support business goals and drive results with the responsibility for HR functions.
