- Build Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Lead Proposals: Oversee the creation of project proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Sales Leadership: Secure large renovation contracts and manage the sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events and network with key stakeholders.
- Manage Business Development Team: Lead and mentor the business development team.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Negotiate Contracts: Oversee negotiations with clients and partners to finalize deals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, or related fields
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales in construction/renovation; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills:Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of renovation processes, project management, and industry regulations.
Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activities.
- Travel: Willing to travel (20-30% of the time).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial renovation.
- Strong network with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with regular site visits and client meetings.
