Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and email.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Oversee petty cash.
- Maintain office stationery supplies.
- Process payments, prepare accounts payable reports, and perform reconciliations.
- Organize and dispatch sales invoices to customers.
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of admin experience.
- Preferably has accounting knowledge.
