As a Machine Learning Lead, you will

• Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing Machine Learning team.
• Guide our ML architecture to ensure performance, security, and extensibility.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the company's roadmap for AI/ML.
• Work closely with the product team to design and deliver a ML-based pricing system that delights our customers with a hyper-personalised experience.
• Work cross functionally to operationalise machine learning models and serve inferences efficiently, which include automating data pipelines, machine learning pipelines, performance monitoring and testing.
• Be the evangelist for AI/ML through mentoring and technical/knowledge sharing.

What you should have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Possess at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering and ML engineering. Minimal 3 years experience in leading a ML team.
• Experience in creating, managing and coaching high performing engineering teams and being technically hands-on as a leader.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, Pyspark and Scala.
• Possess knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Hive, etc
• Experience in building and optimizing Machine Learning models, ML pipelines, data pipelines and architectures.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Experience working in an agile startup environment

he Business Analyst is responsible to gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc.
• Participate in Coding and Code Review.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
• Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests).
• Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions. Conduct gap analysis of current business process to identify improvement opportunities.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the financial industry on treasury products on MUREX (v3), with relevant experience in business analysis and project implementation
• Has good design, and troubleshooting skills for Trade Event, confirmation, settlement, fixing, netting, SSI, OSP, Swift etc.
• Strong understanding of Validation, Confirmation and Payment concepts of any of the treasury products
• Experienced and familiar in:
  Swift and Paper confirmation. Understanding of various Swift formats.
  Workflows – Contract/ Deliverable / Event / Exchange
  Nostro Security Module
  Static Data – Counterparty, Bonds, Settlement Instructions etc.
  Analyzing and assisting in interfaces with downstream systems
• Understanding of Front to back Trade Life Cycle
• Familiarity with FX, IR, Equity and Credit Derivative products
• Good written and communication skills

Requirement
