As a Operation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our storage and distribution processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities, including the work of storemen, packers, and other warehouse staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock rotation to minimize discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all goods received and dispatched meet required quality standards. Address and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operational Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
