About the position
This position provides a range of consular and passport services and advice to Australian citizens living and travelling in Singapore in accordance with the consular charter and Australian government guidelines. The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a range of passport services, including client interviews to Australian citizens in accordance with the Australian Passports Act.
- Provide a range of general consular services advising and assisting Australian citizens.

Qualifications / Experience
- An understanding of consular and passport services.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills with highly developed written and oral skills.
