Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement through networking initiatives that connect senior leaders and industry experts. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among members to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
- Media Amplification: Lead efforts to amplify the company’s thought leadership through various media channels.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations across geographies. Build relationships with key stakeholders to create synergies that enhance the company’s offerings and expand its reach.
- Global Market Access Consulting: Oversee the execution of customized Go-To-Market strategies for clients looking to establish or expand their presence in international markets. Provide insights on market dynamics and assist in navigating local ecosystems.
- Talent Development: Design and implement initiatives supporting community professional development. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance members' skills and capabilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals. Ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and community initiatives.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development initiatives, community engagement activities, and partnership outcomes. Report on progress to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering – highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, focusing on community engagement or consulting.
- Proven track record of developing successful business strategies and partnerships across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in various sectors, including technology, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders effectively.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- A proactive leader passionate about community building and networking.
