Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the company's strategic direction, focusing on expanding its global client base and diversifying its product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, Chinese manufacturers, and potential Singaporean partners.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including client acquisition, product sourcing, order management, and logistics coordination.
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Explore opportunities to integrate local businesses into global supply chains.
- Lead initiatives to incorporate innovative technologies in supply chain management and international trade.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and maintain the highest standards of business ethics.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science (Management).
- Bachelor's degree in business/economics.
- Proven experience in international trade, supply chain management, and e-commerce facilitation.
- Strong understanding of global business environments, particularly in Asia, North America, and Europe.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, as you must work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
