We’re on the hunt for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Authentic Movement, a premier Movement studio offering exclusive experiences. You’ll be at the heart of shaping and executing impactful marketing campaigns, helping us spread the power of Movement, build a thriving community and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute exciting digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to drive growth and expand our reach.
2. Create eye-catching content - graphics, ads, social media posts, emails, blogs, testimonials that connect to our audience and bring our brand to life.
3. Build and nurture a loyal email list with regular updates, tips and special announcements.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive insights to inform strategies.
5. Manage and optimize website content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
6. Organise and promote exciting events like workshops, challenges and special sessions to keep the community energised.
7. Analyse and report on website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics) to continuously improve outcomes.
8. Build relationships with media, influencers and partners who share our passion for health and wellness.
9. Assist with managing the marketing budget and tracking expenses.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of Marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation. Experience in well, fitness or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
• Social media expertise with a strong understanding of what resonates with online communities.
• Creative flair, strong writing and design skills.
• Experience with content creation, website management, Analytics tools (e.g. Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics), email marketing platforms, SEM and SEO.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring a positive experience at the movement studio. This role involves handling inquiries, managing memberships, and supporting daily operations to enhance client satisfaction and studio efficiency.

Responsibilities for this role:

1. Client Interaction and Engagement

• Providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Addressing inquiries and concerns and providing studio information and policies.

2. Membership Management

• Assisting clients with sign-ups, renewals, bookings and cancellations.
• Processing payment and managing billing inquiries.
• Maintain membership records.

3. Administrative Support

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and report generation.
• Manage studio inventory and merchandise, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Studio housekeeping.

4. Customer Feedback

• Collect client feedback to improve studio services and offerings.
• Address and resolve client complaints or issues.

5. Marketing and Promotion

• Work closely with marketing team for events, promotional campaigns etc...
• Acquire videos, photos and other forms of content for marketing team.

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with instructors, managers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and studio management software.
• Ability to multitask, organise and manage time effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of movement or fitness is a plus.
• Willingness to move some light and moderate weight items.
• Salary is between $12-$15 per hour.
