WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct initial consultations with each client and perform ABA assessments.
• Meet with the family, healthcare professionals and educators to obtain better insight into each child’s presenting concerns.
• Creating simulated conditions to observe the behaviour of each child.
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to each child's cognitive, social, emotional and functional needs.
• Oversee the implementation of the plan through scheduled supervisor evaluation visits to sessions
• Manage a team of behavioral therapists
• Supervise and monitor work progress and performance of behavior therapists, provide comprehensive support and guidance.

Requirement:

● Bachelor’s degree in related fields

● Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the analysis of behaviour (ABA VB Therapy) and training related to working with children who have Autism and developmental disorders.

● Competence in behaviour management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication including preparing IEP (Individual educational plan) report writing, organisational skills and interpersonal relations

● Ability to work with a variety of clients with regards to age, functionality, and with minimal direction

● Ability to manage a team
and conduct supervision.

● Knowledge of DTT and NET programming and implementation

● Willing to work in multiple locations

We are looking for positive & proactive Admin Marketing Support to work in a fast-paced energetic team.

REQUIRED DAILY/MONTHLY DUTIES

• Provide admin support in all aspects of centre operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
• Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing projects
• Manage social media platforms and content creation of any marketing collaterals
• Support the company in developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns and on collecting and interpreting marketing analytics
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate would be:

· Diploma or Degree in any field

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong office administration skills

· Proactive, independent, meticulous and organized

· Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small, fast-paced environment

· Able to learn web-based system for appointment booking, schedule, etc.

· Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving inquiries and clients.

· The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar setting.

Work days (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 6pm.

· Attend each assigned individual or group therapy session

· Prepare well for each session in advance

· Monitor and submit students’ progress report

· Attend initial and ongoing monthly staff training and regular supervision with Program Supervisor, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

· Work with your Program Supervisor, BCBA’s to ensure each child remains on track with their planned progress

· Conduct centre-based and home-based therapy at multiple locations (approved travel expenses will be reimbursed)

Prerequisites at the role level

· A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Early Childhood or Special Education)

· Ability to interact and work well with children

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition

· Highly self-motivated, can work independently also in a team, strong sense of responsibility and keen to learn.

· Completely committed to the progress of every child in your charge

Prior related internship/volunteering experience is a plus and Fresh graduates are welcome.
