Responsibilities
HR & Admin Executive will be reporting directly to HR Manager, assisting with the full spectrum of day-to-day operational functions for the Company.
The scope will include the following but not limited to:
HR Operations:
- Providing general administrative support in recruitment matters – job posting, arranging interviews
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding matters including but not limited to door access, documents, uniform etc.
- Manage the work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- To update/check TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll processing
Administration:
- Arrange for monthly management and sales meeting and as minutes taker for meetings
- Assist in organising company functions and staff welfare activities
- In charge of servicing and maintenance of office equipment eg, corporate mobiles and landlines, fibre broadband connection of 2 separate outlets, photocopiers, office air-con, water dispenser & filters, office phones etc
- Initiate and follow-up with application and renewal of tied-up programs with counter parties, IPP plans with banks
- In-charge sending of local and overseas courier services
- Support wholesale with following up with PO, DN and updating records, run and tally month end reports promptly following month end closing
- Monthly printing, laminating and cutting of marketing materials for both outlets
- Keeping stock of stationery, distributing to colleagues as & when required and monthly replenish orders for 2-outlets
- Keeping stock of staff uniforms, safety boots, coveralls and replenish order from regular suppliers and also source for better quality and pricing from new suppliers
- Keeping stock of disc Decal, Kato printing ribbons and replenish with new orders
- Administrative and business support to CEO/CFO
- Ad-hoc and other tasks assigned according to organizational needs
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ level with 2 years’ working experience in similar capacity or HR Generalist
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- MS Office proficiency and knowledge of InfoTech software will be added advantage
- Has knowledge of Singapore Labour and employment laws
- Prefer if available immediately or within short notice
