Job Description:-

• Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and timeframes for a project
• Preparing tender packages, contracts, and bills of quantities
• Ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule during construction
• Negotiating contracts and schedules with contractors and other stakeholders
• Helping to resolve disputes between clients, designers, and contractors
• Analyzing outcomes and providing budget and progress reports to clients

Job Requirements:-

• Degree/Diplome in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of QS exprience.
• Potentially experience in Building Materials.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• 6 days per weeek

Education

A tertiary qualification in project management or business is usually required.

If your first degree is unrelated, a Masters degree may be beneficial, especially if it's accredited by the Chartered Association for Project Management (APM).

Experience

At least two years of relevant experience is usually required.

Hands-on experience can be as valuable as formal qualifications.

Project management experience

A proven track record of successful project management, and at least five years of experience in project management

Adaptability

The ability to respond to change, learn new processes, and re-prioritize work

Data analysis

The ability to analyze data to increase productivity and improve your team's work

Stakeholder management

The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships

Risk management

The ability to identify potential risks or challenges that the team can encounter while working on a project

MAIN DUTIES:

Lead the Sales & Marketing division in Singapore

Co-ordinate with sales & marketing teams from different countries in Asia Pacific

Provide customer service & maintain existing key customer accounts

Approach new client accounts from different countries especially new market regions

Increase sales volume specifically in the Asia Pacific region

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years experience in Sales B2B, at least in either Food Flavors or Fragrances (Or Sales Flavor for: Food / Beverage / Tea / Coffee / Bakery or Fragrance for Detergent / Shower Gel / Chemical for Cosmetics)

Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
