We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Accounting & Admin Assistant to join our team and support our finance and administrative functions with precision and efficiency.

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Accounting & Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting our finance team with bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, with accounting experience and strong multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims.

Administrative Duties

• Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and document filing.
• Maintain office supplies and handle inventory orders as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
• Support HR tasks such as employee documentation and leave management.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping; additional administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized business.

Working Hours:

• Approximately 16-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
