职责:
1.梳理新加坡公司的日常业务内容,负责全盘账务、发票开具及税务申报;
2.负责银行流水登记、当地薪水发放、日常费用审批等;
3.负责审计、秘书公司、税局的事项沟通,配合提供相关资料。
要求:
1.本科及以上学历,3-5年财务工作经验,熟悉全盘账务、当地税务申报等事宜;
2.中文良好,熟悉集团财务软件用友NC优先;
3.工作踏实、有责任感、执行力强、有上进心。
Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the company’s daily operations; perform the general ledger accounting, invoice issuance and tax filling;
2. Responsible for monthly bank report, employee salary payment, daily expense approval, etc.;
3. Communication with Audit, Advisory company and tax representatives, providing related documents;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related field; 3-5 years of working experience;
2. Fluent in oral and written Chinese; Basic knowledge in NC cloud (group accounting software) is preferred;
3. Responsible, working with passion and initiative, quick learner, good communication skills.
