Key Responsibilities:
EduTrust Documentation:
- Ensure all EduTrust-related documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required EduTrust reports and applications.2
Internal Audit Support:
- Maintain records of internal audit activities and findings.
- Assist in coordinating audit schedules and ensuring the availability of relevant documentation.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Monitor and update records to meet evolving compliance requirements.
TPQA Documentation:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents related to Training Provider Quality Assurance (TPQA).
- Support the preparation of submissions and reports for quality assurance processes.
General Documentation Management:
- Develop and maintain an efficient document management system.
- Ensure version control and timely updates to all key documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, review, and finalize documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in documentation management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with EduTrust, internal audit, and compliance processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma.
