Job Description:

• Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under relevant accreditation bodies such as CQI-IRCA, MOM, NEA and the company’s policies and directives.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all centres and in-house training.
• Stay current and informed with the latest training innovations, offering changes and requirementsEnsure observance and adherence to all Avanta rules, regulations and policies,
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism and to uphold the good name and reputation of Avanta at all times.
• Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• A recognized university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, ergonomics, occupational safety, occupational health or occupational hygiene.
• Registered WSH Officer.

Training:

• Must have attended and completed recognized Lead auditor course in ISO 45001:2018.
• Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework for WSH Professionals (Level “D”).

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of full-time experience .
• At least 3 years of practical experience relevant to the work to be performed by an auditor.

Audit Experience:

• Minimum total of 20 Days of Audit Experience in the relevant scheme.
• 15 days on-site audit experience in the relevant scheme.

Knowledge:

• Good, demonstrated knowledge of learning theory and how people learn (as evidenced by Certificate in Education, Train the Trainer Certificate, etc.).
