Key Functions and Responsibilies

1. Financial Growth and Revenue Generation

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred and advantageous.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in an educational or training institution.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with WSQ, and other regulatory standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Sales and Marketing Acumen: Strong track record in driving sales growth and managing marketing campaigns. Knowledge of market trend and emerging technologies in training and education.
• Financial Proficiency: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Excellent financial acumen and a data driven approach to decision making.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Description:

• Assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets.

• Manage and motivate the training teams (including full time trainers, associate trainers, sales, operations and administration etc) to become highly productive

• Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG, and the company’s policies and directives
• Ensures effective control of sales and marketing results and determines improvements and changes in achieving the sales and marketing objectives within the designated budgets
• Successfully manage and lead marketing and sales team, and generating new prospects and corporate accounts
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate advertising and promotional programs including print, online, social media etc
• Identify and attend, or plan and organise tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company’s end-to-end solutions

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ post graduate degree in business, marketing/sales, commerce from recognised institutions or equivalent
