Key Functions and Responsibilies
1. Financial Growth and Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability and long term sustainability.
- Expand income streams through innovative training solutions, partnerships and market diversification.
- Oversee pricing models, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability margins.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and analyze financial performance regularly, identifying risks and opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Implement cost-efficiency measures to optimize operations without compromising quality.
2. Business Development and Market Expansion
- Develop and manage strategic alliances and partnership to enhance market reach and credibility.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
- Introduce new programs based on market demand and emerging trends.
- Lead sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Explore new markets, both domestic and international, to expand the institute’s client base.
- Oversee marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, and industry stakeholders to boost enrollments.
3. Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and implement strategic plans to drive ambitious growth strategy, profitability and operational excellence aligned with the institute’s vision and mission.
- Position the organization as a market leader through innovation, quality and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and partners.
- Represent the institution at events, conferences, and networking sessions.

4. Operational Excellence and Program Delivery
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client focused training programs that address market needs and trends.
- Introduce innovative delivery modes to increase accessibility and profitability
- Establish metrics to evaluate program success and client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage day to day operations ensuring smooth functioning of departments including admissions, curriculum delivery, and student services.
- Develop and refine operational policies, procedures, and processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
5. Team Leadership and Talent Development
- Build and lead a high performing team focused on achieving financial and operational goals.
- Foster a result driven culture that values accountability, collaboration and innovation.
- Invests in the professional development of staff to align with the institute’s growth strategy.
6. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to WSQ standards, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain records and documentation to facilitate audits and inspections.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred and advantageous.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in an educational or training institution.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with WSQ, and other regulatory standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Strong track record in driving sales growth and managing marketing campaigns. Knowledge of market trend and emerging technologies in training and education.
- Financial Proficiency: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Excellent financial acumen and a data driven approach to decision making.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
