Job Description:
- A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in the configuration and management of any of the following:
i. Microsoft Exchange;
ii. Microsoft Exchange Online (EXO);
iii. Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
- Demonstrated proficiency and practical expertise in email service operations and technologies;
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in Microsoft Azure and
- Exchange Online diagnostics, capacity planning, and problem resolution;
- Preferably possess Industry certifications such as:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate;
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert;
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate;
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
