Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: East Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $2,400 - $2,800

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and independent Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in the air and sea logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings for both air and sea logistics.
• Liaise with air and sea carriers to ensure seamless service coordination.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Manage sea documentation tasks, including bookings and Bill of Lading (BL).

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
• Residing in the East(Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang).
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and handling responsibilities independently.
• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is advantageous.
• No Experience is welcome as long as you are willing to learn
