Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 + AWS & Variable Bonus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (5.5 days/week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor warehouse assistants to ensure safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee and utilize the SAP system to optimize warehouse operations and time management.
- Ensure all stock is arranged and delivered based on the FIFO system.
- Manage delivery orders, packing lists, and inventory reporting.
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Handle GMP and ISO compliance, including documentation, staff training, and adherence to SOPs.
- Plan and supervise staff schedules while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Monitor raw material deliveries, raise purchase orders, and coordinate forklift maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
- At least 5 years of supervision experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Possess a valid forklift license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform manual tasks when necessary.
