We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and support of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination, ensuring the efficient operation of our IT services while safeguarding against technology risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT systems, including ERP, HR, and logistics platforms.
- Ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented and maintained, identifying risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating hardware/software contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Lead IT projects, including defining roadmaps and executing them effectively.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including network monitoring, Office 365 admin, server support, and firewall/security alerts.
- Deliver asset management, cybersecurity awareness training, and outsourced infrastructure management.
- Provide support for server and Office 365 management, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Solid working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft 365 Business Central, and HRMS (Bipo) and TMS platforms.
- Proven experience in managing vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective IT service delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly to both internal and external parties.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions to increase productivity is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure and operations.
- Extensive experience managing and monitoring IT operations with the support of outsourced vendors.
