ABOUT YOUR ROLE :
The Market Development Manager (ASEAN) will be responsible, as a part of a team, for driving top line growth and developing new business opportunities utilizing a full suite of Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID solutions and products for multiple focus industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead, enable and own responsibility for execution and sales results for the including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
- Identify and develop long-term strategic business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with line-of-business partners at the customers’ organization.
- Act as a business innovation lead for customers’ and prospects’ strategic digital identity initiatives supporting, for example, Supply chain transparency including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
- Develop trusting, lucrative business relationships with key decision makers as a proponent of RFID technology integration initiatives.
- Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, and present compelling solutions.
- Communicate and link key value propositions and differentiators to customers with Avery Dennison Smartrac solutions set.
- Initiate, determine, and present ROI business case analysis.
- Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends.
- Build a positive relationship with key influencers and foster healthy ecosystem partner communities.
- Incorporate knowledge of the industry to engage with ecosystem partners to develop market right products, support materials and pricing recommendations across RFID solutions.
- Collaborate with other Avery Dennison business units to identify and evaluate opportunities that convert into “land and expand” outcomes.
- Support the creation of Sales training content and tutorials for the internal and external partners.
- Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities leading to successful commercialization efforts.
