Our client is a Japanese leading global Private Equity buyout funds is currently hiring a Director at Fund Accounting & Administration in Singapore due to sustained growth within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Help in portfolio investment performance reporting for all internal stakeholders.
- Lead the team to implement and maintain governance and compliance policies and procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for regulators.
- Keep abreast of all related local and regional compliance and provide guidance/advice to the management and team.
- Carry out compliance audits and internal control procedures.
- Liaising with external legal experts, auditors, compliance advisors and corporate secretaries.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of relevant experience in private equity industry
- Qualified accountant would be favourably considered
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reporting to the Japan office. Business level proficiency in Japanese is essential
