Position Overview
The candidate will assist the Maintenance Supervisor to conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of CNC machines and update maintenance records regularly.
Job Responsiblities
- Preventive maintenance and calibration of the machines according to the checklist
- Analyse machine problems and repair
- Update and maintain maintenance records and forms regularly
- Any other ad-hoc maintenance activities such as maintaining coolant and lubrication of machines
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of CNC metal cutting machines
- Good knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical aspects of CNC Machines
- Able to read the PLC
