Primary Objectives of Position
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop/ maintain SharePoint and low-code applications based on requirements, as well as timely turnaround of requests and incidents.
Manage digitalisation related projects from inception to closure.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write technical/ functions specifications.
- Analyse business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop new or existing applications under Microsoft or SharePoint platform and utilize other suitable tools (e.g., Power Platform, Nintex, scripting, etc) available to enhance the applications.
- Digitize manual forms and automate processes using Office 365 apps to improve on operational efficiency and staff productivity.
- Provide training and support to business users of the deployed solutions.
- Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date.
- Prepare reports/ dashboards for IT Department.
- Run community engagement to encourage digital adoption and grow citizen developer community
- Administer websites to ensure they always run efficiently and securely.
The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed.
Job Specifications
Minimum Education / Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
- 2 years experiences in developing SharePoint and low code applications and managing workflow tools.
Knowledge/Skills
- Experiences in Office 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, SPFx, RPA, and/ or workflow tool (e.g., Nintex, Workato, etc).
- Experiences in software development and programming.
- Experiences in UI/UX design will be an advantage.
- Experiences in project management.
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work and deliver under tight timeline.
