DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new customers accordingly to the assigned product segments and establish a new customer account.
- Provide sufficient technical-related support to new customers or existing customers.
- Able to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Prepare final quotation and complied final proposal to all RFQ.
- Follow up closely with customers for any potential projects.
- Attend Sales Funnel review and prepare sales forecast.
- Attend after-sales support if any and do the necessary coordination work.
- To ensure and maintain good relationships with customers
- Able to perform customer presentations.
- Prepares Market research reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending marketing actions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in the area of precision engineering, equipment, and automation manufacturing.
- Strong presentation skills and good negotiation skills.
- Analytical minded with strong organizational skills and acute time-management skills.
- Able to effectively, interact with a variety of personnel at all organizational levels and customers.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and cost management software.
- Independent, committed, and responsible.
