AXTRO, a leader in Internet-of-Things and smart health technologies, is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist who is adaptable, organized, and dedicated to exceptional customer service. This role is central to the effective management of our retail and operational activities, spanning a diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Sales Management: Oversee walk-in retail sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, maintaining accuracy and availability of stock.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party service centers for product replenishments and repairs.
- Reporting: Update stock levels and return rates, aiding in inventory planning and quality management.
- Operations and Project Support: Actively participate in the logistical and operational aspects of various projects.
- Order Processing: Assist in the efficient packing and fulfillment of online and B2B orders.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for our product range and prepare service reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support and improve operational procedures.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage courier, logistics, and shipment bookings for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
