Within Asia Operations, the Cash team is responsible for the processing of cash remittances, FX/MM and FX/MM derivatives. In addition, the team is also in charge of FXMM confirmations reconciliation and cash management of secondary nostro accounts.

The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:

• The processing and controls of the processes within the Cash function.
• Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed
• Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner
• Play an instrumental role to facilitate the business growth of Azqore, and its clients, through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high quality output and excellence management of risk

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of Asia Cash Operations and part of the Asia Operations management team.
• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational risk
• Align the Asia Cash Operations team members to the Operations and Company goals and vision
• Acts as the point of escalation for Asian clients on all Asia Cash Operations queries, concerns and issues.
• Leads Azqore Operations projects and initiatives, where necessary
• Drive cross border collaboration and strengthen communication channels between the Swiss and Singapore teams
• Enhance client service standards within the team, and consequently the client ratings of the function. Propose/identify value-add solutions which can impact profitability.

Your core competencies

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Cash and FXMM processing and at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance
• Familiar with financial products (Remittances, FX/MM, FX/MM Derivatives, such as various exotic option types, IRS, CCS, OIS and REPO) as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks related to the trade processing and settlement of these products. Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types.
• Strong communicator and can adapt to different hierarchical levels. You will be in contact with our customers, so you will be able to deliver a high level of quality.
• Proven Client and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to demonstrate a change mindset and challenge status quo

Within Asia Operations, the Securities team is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate actions, asset creation and maintenance.

• The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities function.
• Ensuring efficiency and productivity in delivering quality services to Azqore’s clients.
• Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.
• Play an instrumental role in facilitating the business growth of Azqore and its clients, through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high quality output and excellence management of risk

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the Corporate Actions processing within the Asia Securities Operations team. Understanding of the core system and process workflows are essential.
• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational risk
• Align the Asia Securities Operations team members to the Operations and Company goals and vision
• Point of contact for Asian clients and relevant stakeholders on all Corporate Actions queries, concerns and issues
• There is an expectation that he/she understands the relevant markets and demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the process(es) he/she is managing
• Act as deputy Head of Asia Securities Operations.
• Lead Operations projects and initiatives, including the migration of remaining Corporate Actions processes into Asia
• Drive cross border collaboration and strengthen communication channels between the Swiss and Singapore teams
• Enhance client service standards within the team, and consequently positive impact the client ratings for Operations

Your core competencies

• You have a Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes, with the recent 5 years in people management.
• Familiar with financial products as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks.
• Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types and front-to-back
• Proven track record in Client Service & Stakeholder Management Skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Job Responsibilities:

The incident manager will be part of the Client Service team, working on the resolution of issues raised by users. Incident manager is in charge of supervising and monitoring incidents within AZQORE, lead and facilitate the resolution and closure of the incidents conforming to the SLA. He/she will engage the relevant domain experts for resolution, track the incident throughout its lifecycle and communicate the status to relevant stakeholders. As part of the incident management process, prepare and document post mortem (with action plans) for major incidents and communicate to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Analysis, development and estimations activities :

- Actively collect necessary information for incident communications and incident reports action plans from AZQORE teams.

- Analyze the information gathered from experts and summarize it in a comprehensive manner.

- Activate crisis meetings and calls when necessary.

Management and supervision activities :

- Write detailed incident report and perform timely communication to the stakeholders.

- Write and adhere to incident reports action plan.

- Take part in incident management process improvement.

- Regularly update and document procedures.

Communication and client contact activities :

- Publish incident communications, updates and action plans.

- Lead crisis unit.

- Communicate necessary information to manager.

- Participate to the resolution ticket which may become an INC or not.

Control Activities:

- Ensure that SLAs and OLAs are met in terms of incidents.

- Supervize the updating and closing of corresponding incidents in the JIRA tool.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8-10 years experience in IT client service/ incident management roles within banking industry

- Good knowledge of banking domain, operating systems, networks, applications, incident management, ITIL process.

- Technical knowledge required: Systems Architecture, applications architecture, network, virtualization, server management, desktop service, mobile, security tools, ITIL process.

• Knowledge in Eclipse, Dbeaver and Gitlab is a plus
• Knowledge in MQ and gateway to front end systems is a plus
• ​Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented
• Banking applications experience is a plus
• Experience in System Analysis (Involvement in the Functional Specs analysis and must be able to create Detailed specs for code developments)
