Job Description

• Develop and establish the design vision and strategy for TW, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Lead the design of TW's products and **execute** a product design strategy that supports the company's product roadmap and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organisation, ensuring that all design decisions are made with the end-user in mind.
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the web3, fintech, and design industries.
• Oversee the entire design process for TW, **from concept to execution**, ensuring that all design deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define requirements, set priorities, and establish project timelines.
• Use data and analytics to measure the impact of design decisions, iterating and optimising based on user feedback, engagement metrics, and business goals.
• Create compelling and persuasive presentations to communicate design concepts, strategies, and solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as a Trust Wallet brand ambassador, promoting the company's design philosophy and achievements through conferences, workshops, articles, and social media.

• Assist the creative team in ensuring that all design efforts align with the company's branding strategy and identity.
• Assist in designing and conceptualizing innovative brand advertising and marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior creatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of design across various media and platforms.
• Responsible for designing and creating a variety of marketing and sales materials for the company, both online and offline.
• Enjoys interaction with partners in all functions and being a bridge between them with drive/high motivation and discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Improve Service Blueprint of retail outlets, identify as well as propose areas for improvements
• Conceptualise concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns on social media and website (Facebook & Instagram)
• Propose social media content, creative photo/ video shoots and schedules
• Produce copywriting, creative photo/video shoot for marketing campaign to boost sales and drive brand awareness
• Propose graphics, animations, gifs or video for marketing collaterals, social media platforms and website
• Competitor analysis and monitoring results of content on social media platforms to identify trends
• Content Creation and Marketing Materials:
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, videos, and blog posts.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Minimum qualifications:

• Presently enrolled in a full-time Diploma or Bachelor program that is related to either business, marketing or branding
• Proficient in Video, Animation and Graphic editing tools not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus
• Good foundation or high interest in Digital Marketing, Social Marketing, Video editing, Copywriting, Animation and Graphic Editing is a plus
• Be able to complete 6 months of internship with the company
• Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and guide the performance, standards and work quality of junior designers
• Assist Design Director / Associate Director in managing interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
• Work closely with Design Director / Associate Director to define scope of works and pitch strategy
• Develop creative and well-thought through design solutions
• Provide design, creative directions and solutions to the interior designers, CAD and Multimedia teams
• Provide necessary presentation materials such as but not limited to the following: Test Fits/ Layout Plans, Concept Design, presentation slides, presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to clients
• Present and sell design intent during pitching job
• Support Project Leader from beginning to the full completion of the project
• Attend adhoc meetings involving design & project related matters when required: client & design meetings, project & site meetings, etc.
• Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation
• Monitor design intent implementation or advise any design changes on site
• Support regional offices in projects if the need arises

Job Requirements:

• Min 6 years’ experience in corporate office interior design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills
• Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge of Revit will be advantageous
