About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Level 2 EUCD (End-User Computing Devices) Assistant Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be guided to provide second-level technical assistance to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of end-user computing devices and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional service to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with helpdesk to escalate unresolved issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and related software applications.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new software rollouts for end-user devices.
• Manage and update IT documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor and address vulnerabilities and compliance issues on end-user devices with other infrastructure teams.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT support, specifically with end-user computing devices.
• Good technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and system management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Work closely with team members (developers, product manager, customer support and partners) to develop, test and deliver high quality products
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prevent, report, analyze and track issues in an effective and efficient manner
• Root cause analysis of existing script failures or product issues, propose and drive enhancement for minimizing project issues or risks
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts or implement quality tools to continuously increase efficiency

· Develop, integrate, coordinate, and manage digital models for design, construction, and field use during construction.

· Produce and maintain 3D models throughout the life of a project.

· Coordinate and prepare point cloud/UAV data to work with design and construction model progression.

· Prepare models for AR/VR to be used in the field.

· Create models, model animations, video etc to support project requirements and pursuits.

· Prepare models to be used for safety planning.

· Research, develop and implement a documented best practice process for the use of supporting new Virtual Construction technologies as part of the delivery of construction services.

· Act as a resource to prime subcontractors utilizing Virtual Design and Construction to coordinate MEP and structural trades, including technical information and process support.

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction majors.

· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees

· Must have strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

· Must be a motivated self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple tasks

· Must be able to work overtime and travel to Messer regions as needed
