Required Qualifications:

• Minimum have some experience in IT support, specifically with end-user computing devices.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and system management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
