Say goodbye to repetitive tasks like user enrolments and device setups—here, you will delve into infrastructure configuration, compliance management, policy deployment across user devices, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This position serves as a critical stepping-stone, bridging your journey from Level 1 support to becoming a skilled Level 2 engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with helpdesk to resolve escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Carry out test of software application before Install, configure, and maintaining of end-user devices.
- Manage and update IT documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and address vulnerabilities and compliance issues on end-user devices with other infrastructure teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical users.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum have some experience in IT support, specifically with end-user computing devices.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and system management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
