About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Level 2 EUCD (End-User Computing Devices) Assistant Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be guided to provide second-level technical assistance to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of end-user computing devices and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional service to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with helpdesk to escalate unresolved issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and related software applications.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new software rollouts for end-user devices.
- Manage and update IT documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and address vulnerabilities and compliance issues on end-user devices with other infrastructure teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical users.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT support, specifically with end-user computing devices.
- Good technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and system management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
