Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Manager and AMAT customer representative Manager on new customer requirements.
• Work closely with IT PIC for all Apps issues reported by drivers.
• Check the daily reports for Milestone, POD uploading, External Calendar, AGS report.
• Assist and work closely with both Fleet Supervisor and Safety supervisor on day-to-day operations.
• Check and go thru all drivers OT's submissions provided by respective planners every 19th of each month.
• Prepare a summary report of the driver OT for HR submission.
• Assist the manager with leave application and approval when the manager on leave / MC.
• Support Escalations matters to IT for any App and Portal issues.
• Maintain the planning sheet for any new changes via the excel file.
• Maintain the drivers and fleets records in the BHS System
• Maintain and follow up with all POD (Hardcopy) request by Customer.

Requirements:

• N level; ITE Diploma or its equivalent, preferably in logistic or Operations Management
• Strong Problem solving
• Good time management and planning
• Good customer service, analytical, and follow-up skills
• Good organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Words, and Excel
• Willing to do hands-on, operations-oriented
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous, sensitive to numbers and figures
• Able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

· Able to do basic repair and maintenance works for machines and electrical

· Able to work independently and able to male recommendation for major repair jobs

· Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs

· Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required

· Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum O level or Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Any certificate and maintenance experience are an advantage

• Must be a team player and able to assist others colleagues on duty

• Mechanical & Electrical systems and Maintenance experience

Job Description

• Daily operations of picking/packing of cargo into the vehicles.
• Perform delivery and collection of cargo from the customer or assigned site in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the loading and unloading or handover/takeover of cargo
• Adhere to all SOP/WI relating to safety and securing lashing of cargoes
• Any other responsibilities of the transport/trucking department will be assigned

Job Requirement

1. Class 4 license and above.
2. Physically Fit, required to handle cargo estimate 25kg
3. Able to handle a large quantity of stock using hand-carry, trolleys, pallet jets, and other equipment
4. Able to work overtime on weekends for ad-hoc job requirement
5. 5.5 work week
