- Co-ordinating with b2b and direct customers;
- Attend to enquiries via phone, email and walk-in;
- Allocate and assign customer's vehicle rental reservations;
- Counter car rental service deliverance (check-in, check-out, delivery, collection and changeover);
- Provide 1st level of customer handlings on feedback and complaints;
- Proper administration of Rental Agreements, Short-term Contracts and Tax Invoices;
- Reconciliation of Check-In List and rental charges;
- Administer online bookings, cashcard, traffic offences, etc;
- Assist and execute any ad-hoc projects and assignments by direct reports and line managers;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Minimum "N' or "O" Level or min. 1 year working experience in customer service (Front-facing);
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word and Excel);
- Experience in automotive industry would be an advantage;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate.
