Job Description
-Can start work immediately.
-General admin duties (data entry, filing, handle calls and emails).
-Experience in account & knowledge in accounting software - Quickbooks.
-Perform month-end account closing.
-Maintain and update records in the accounting system.
-Handle staff reimbursements.
-Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
-'O' Level/ Diploma in accounting and above.
-1-2 years related working experience in the construction/engineering field.
-Multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to communicate with both English and Chinese verbal and written (required to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customer)
-Must be proficient in Quickbooks and MS Office.
