- Managing the financial process and procedures
- Managing customer relationships
- Ensure all customer requirements and needs are fulfilled with proper follow up through for all financial matters
- Gather information from marketplace and customer for improvement in financial processes and procedures to meet their needs
- Coordination within internal business units of Company to ensure fulfillment of job activities through financial compliances
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all Company requirements and needs are fulfilled through financial compliances
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office and able to correspond via email
- Partial Accounts
- Team player & Customer Oriented
- Competent, Meticulous and Committed
- Able to work under pressure and in fast pace working environment
- Immediate availability
- Responsible with minimal work supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software
- Able to operate competently common office equipment e.g computer, fax, tablet, smartphone and telephone system
