We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) Project Manager with a background in management consulting and expertise in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects on the implementation and optimization of CTRM systems, leveraging their skills to deliver effective solutions.

• Lead and coordinate teams in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of projects.
• Lead & facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Allocate project resources effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses & identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Implement and manage quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Scrum Agile or equivalent project management certification
• Project management experience within CTRM
• Experience of project management as a consultant
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tooling, particularly JIRA
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
