We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Analyst, ideally with a background in management consulting and/or expertise in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in projects on the implementation and optimization of CTRM systems, leveraging their skills to deliver effective solutions. Due to our client’s distributed teams we require a Mandarin speaker.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities and develop business process flows
• Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
• Co-ordinate user training according to plan
• Other governance, documentation and process work as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience of project management as a consultant
